I love fitness, health, wellness and travel. I have always wanted my own website, so here it is at long last.
I have so so many things I want to share; rambling thoughts, words of wisdom, a lot of nonsense and some great recipes.
Fitness wise, I do crossfit, yoga, some running, and scuba diving mostly. I do lots of other activities for fun and think that the main thing is to do what you enjoy and what your body feels like on the day.
Nutrition, wellness and fitness should be all about nourishment, not punishment and that is what I hope to share in this blog.
I am about to leave the Cayman Islands where I have lived for the past two years to travel in South America, first stop Mexico!
