Did you know you can make vegan yoghurt using coconut milk and a probiotic tablet?

Simple put a tin of coconut milk (better if its organic and free of nasty preservative) in a jar. Break your probiotic capsule, cover the jar and leave for 24 hours.
Dairy free and great for your gut!
Refrigerate to chill then serve with fruit, nuts and granola!
